The Hero Mavrick 440 is a roadster offering from Hero, built using the same 440cc engine from the Harley-Davidson X440 which was jointly developed by Hero and Harley.

Hero Mavrick 440 Price

The Hero Mavrick 440 is offered in 3 variants: Base, Mid, and Top. The base variant comes in one colour, Arctic White, and costs Rs 1,99,000. The Mid variant is offered in 2 colours: Celestial Blue and Fearless Red. It comes at a price of Rs 2,14,000. The Top variant comes at a price of Rs 2,24,000 and is offered in 2 colours: Phantom Black and Enigma Black (all prices ex-showroom pan-India).

Hero Mavrick 440 Engine

Powering the Hero Mavrick 440 is a 440cc air-/oil-cooled 2-valve single-cylinder ‘TorqX’ engine which delivers 27PS at 6000rpm and 36Nm at 4000rpm, with a claimed 90 percent of the torque being produced at just 2000rpm. The bike comes with a 13.5-litre fuel tank.

Hero Mavrick 440 Features

The Hero Mavrick comes with a negatively lit LCD instrument console that shows speed, fuel level, and tachometer. It also comes with a gear position indicator and side stand indicator. The instrument console also gives readouts such as distance-to-empty and real-time mileage along with the odometer and tripmeter. Other features include Bluetooth and e-Sim-based connectivity for smartphones which gives a further, claimed 35 additional functionalities such as turn-by-turn navigation, call and SMS alerts, estimated time of arrival, phone battery indicator and remote tracking. Smartphone connectivity and the related features are only available for the Mid and Top variants.

Hero Mavrick 440 Suspension & Brakes

The Mavrick 440 is built on a trellis frame and is suspended by a 43mm telescopic fork at the front and twin shock absorbers in the rear, with 130mm wheel travel at both ends. The bike rolls on 17-inch wheels at both ends wrapped in 110-section front and 150-section rear zero-degree steel belted radial MRF tyre. Braking duties are handled by a 320mm front and 240mm rear disc. The bike has a seat height of 803mm and ground clearance stands at 175mm. Kerb weight on the base variant (spoke wheels) is 191kg and the Mid and Top variant (alloy wheels) comes to 187kg.
