Honda CBR Latest Updates
21 March, 2011: It took 3 months to launch Honda CBR 250R in India, but finally, India gets the much-awaited light sports motorcycle from Honda at Rs. 1. 43 lakh for non-ABS version and Rs. 1. 68 lakh for ABS added version. The bike will be available in three stunning hues including black, silver and red. Noted that the bike's booking was offered in the first month of the year 2011.
27 October, 2010: Honda India has announced to launch the Honda CBR 250R in India in April; however, the bookings for the bike will be commenced from January, 2011. The light sports motorcycle is packed with a 250cc, liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, DOHC, 4 valve, single cylinder engine that generates a top power of 26 bhp at 8500 rpm and max torque of 23 Nm at 7000 rpm with the help of 6 speed gearbox. The special feature of the bike is its combined ABS system that is comprised of ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) and CBS (Combined Brake System). It would be priced at Rs 1. 50 lakh while the top-end model will carry a price tag of Rs 1. 8 lakh in India.
