    Yes, Avan Motors Xero Plus requires RTO registration and driver's license to ride. The prices shown on our website are the approx prices, which will help you to get an idea about the prices. However, there are some additional charges like extended warranty, accessory, annual maintenance plans etc. So, the final price will be quoted from the dealership only - Bike Dealer
