BMW F 450 GS Summary

The BMW F 450 GS is a concept showcased at EICMA 2024, and is targeted at beginner riders in Europe

When it comes to looks, the bike feels more like a smaller version of the BMW R 1300 GS. It features a sharp high-rise beak front fender, and gets a headlight which looks quite similar to the one used on the BMW R 1300 GS. Overall, the bike looks quite good and manages to stand out.

Power and performance wise, the bike gets a new liquid-cooled inline twin-cylinder engine which outputs 48PS.

The suspension setup comprises a fully-adjustable inverted fork and a preload-adjustable monoshock. It rolls on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear spoke wheels, with braking duties being handled by discs at both ends. The BMW concept bike weighs 175kg.

In terms of features, the bike gets a 6.5-inch TFT instrument console with smartphone connectivity and related features. It also gets cornering ABS..

BMW has stated that they will be launching a production version of the bike sometime in 2025 and should be launched later in India.

Excited for the bike to be launched
I am desperately waiting for the bike the headlight looks very interesting. I got chills when I saw the bike's introduction video. the color scheme is perfect. the TFT display makes it look more futuristic. the power output of the bike will be crazy, especially on the trails, I hope the bike has good low-end torque which can help in the trails. although this bike is a big competitor of the Himalayan the BMW F 450 GS will be priced aggressively, at the end of the day it is a BMW. At the end of the day I'm just waiting for the bike to be launched and I get to see the bike in person.
