The buying process was smooth where the dealership staff guided perfectly about subsidies and financing available. Quite remarkable riding comfort when silent and smooth, particularly suited to city commutes. But it's slightly bland unless one is crazy about white. Performance: the 2.2kWh is quite decent but doesn't give much power to keep going. Yet it serves its purpose since acceleration into urban traffic and so would be ideal; dashboard design could've improved on smart with some fancy navigation.
