Honda CBR 300

The Fireblade family of Honda gets another member in the form of Honda CBR 300R that comes with stylish looks and a promising 286cc mill. The bike is seen as a worthy product for Indian buyers due to its aggressive styling and a “not so high” pricing.

Powering Honda CBR 300R is a 286cc, liquid-cooled single cylinder mill that produces a peak power of 30.4bhp at 8,000rpm with a maximum torque of 27.1Nm at 7,250rpm. The fuel injected engine is mated to a six-speed transmission system that does total justice with the power delivery of this bike. With this engine setup, the bike offers an uncompromised performance for daily commuting.

Honda CBR 300R is assembled on a diamond steel frame and runs on 110/70-17 front and 140/70-17 rear tubeless tyres sporting stylish black alloys. Its suspension duties are handled by 37mm conventional fork at the front with pro-link monoshock at the rear. The stopping action of this machine is maintained impressively by 296mm disc brake at the front and 220mm disc brake at the rear. Honda Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) is bestowed to the bike that ensures safety and stability under strict conditions.

The front profile comes with a sharp twin headlamp section incorporated with pilot lamps. The front fairing impressively dresses up the machine like a true sports bike. The sporty split seat and split grab rail makes it even more appealing. The rear end of the bike features a traditional tail lamp with clear lens blinkers and a perfectly crafted rear fender, making it look aggressive from every angle. Honda CBR 300R measures 2,030mm x 709.5mm x 1,127mm with a wheelbase of 1,380mm. It has a minimum ground clearance of 145mm and a fuel tank capacity of 13 liter. The instrument cluster of the bike is informative that comes with digital speedometer, analogue tachometer, twin tripmeters, fuel gauge and odometer.
