Yamaha sales increased in September

Yamaha bikes in the current year, gives the company what it never expected. In the month of September, the company registered 160 per cent growth in sales figures. India Yamaha sold 26,394 units in September as compared to 10,142 units in the same period last year. The company has launched Yamaha Fazer, Yamaha FZS, Yamaha FZ16 and Yamaha VMAX in this year. In the last month, it also launched limited edition FZ series bikes in India. India Yamaha's chief operating officer and MD Yukimine Tsuji told that the company is expecting the same success for the Yamaha premium bikes during the festive season in India. He added that Yamaha is hoping the very success for VMAX like MT-01 and YZF-R1.
