Terrible service, the service centres simply don’t have the machinery to repair the vehicle, the stand keeps breaking, the clips from the plastic body keep cracking and the vehicle makes noises because of the broken parts. The vehicle looks like an apple device but the build quality is of a Chinese cheap mobile

Total waste of my money, never buy any Ola scooter, There service is even worse. Bhavish Agarwal is a fraud person, such kind of companies should be banned by government. My Ola S1 Air scooter is lying in service centre since last 20 days, when I call customer support number, they have few common things to say, 1 is sorry and other is we will raise a complaint.

Ola s1 pro gen 1 the scooter is good for daily usage but there is no proper charging station only one or two available but even that is also not working properly and safety the bike is not recommended for speed there is no safety the build quality is worst and vehicle contains bugs while new os update and it take 2-3 months to get another update to get fixed overall for daily usage is okay with poor build quality

All features are good. Best electric scooter. Milege is very good. Digital scooter . Blootooth, wifi etc. Top speed can be variable ,110-115 km per hour Battery warrenty of 8 years which is beneficial and long term. No need of RTO registration. It's totally electric operate. Maintenance is like Zero maintenance.
