Yamaha has introduced an all-new Booster range of e-bikes

The Booster can be identified as an e-moped, whereas the Booster Easy is a e-bicycle

Interestingly, the e-bike concept, called B01, was showcased last year and is collaborated with Fantic, based on the Issimo e-bike

Both are powered by a frame-mounted motor producing 75Nm, with removable 36V, 17.5Ah batteries

Booster Easy gets a humble 25kmph top speed and a generous 120km range

Booster claims impressive 45kmph of top speed and 110km range

Booster Easy gets a simple LCD console indicating speed, odo, battery capacity, assist mode, trip meter and range

Booster gets a more premium TFT console with ride management, fitness tracking and smartphone-connected turn-by-turn navigation

Both feature a telescopic fork, run on fat 20 inch tyres and get discs at both ends for braking - great for urban riding
