I may have had the worst servicing experience with Bounce Infinity E1 any scooter I've ever owned. I've just driven my bike for around 1500 km and it already has a battery issue. What's worse is that it took the service technician 3–4 days to take the batteries and notify me of an issue. I need to contact at least 8–10 times to find out what is going on with the battery. Since the bike ceased operating more than two weeks ago, your team has not yet responded. Please don't start a bike business if you don't know how to service bikes. really disappointed with the encounter.Read More
