            Don't waste money on this Scooter
            I am giving one star because there is no option for negative rating. This is the worst scooter one can buy. Customer service....? if nothing say it is better. They have changed my new Battery with an old one and when I complained they are not responding even after one year of their blunder. Worst product with worst service

            Scooter is third class in comfort and it's employees are fraud they doesn't respond customer claims they do 100per cent loan but they demand extraa money

            Worst ever buying experience
            Very very poor quality vehicle. I bought bgauss C12i from tectrac delarship Kalyan nagar Bangalore in Aug 2024. From day one it has lot of issues. Since I have it's most in service centre for warranty claims. From day one motor problem, left to service center and they took 20days to claim warranty. 2nd month break system issue started no spare parts at service centre . The service centre minimum turn around time to fix any issue is minimum 15-20 days.Promised range was 110km with load but merely reaches 60 to 65km after investing 130,000/- to purchase this poor to poor quality vehicle. Service centers are pathetic including staff. Bycle service centers are far far better than this EV scooter service centre. Even staff doesn't have quality looks like all 10th pass are hired. Rude and unprofessional customer service. Vehicle takes 6-7 hours for full charge. Vehicle is not compatible with fast chargers at charging stations. Battery is very very heavy to remove and charges if you stay in rented house or upper floor can't carry everytime. As max practice range is 60-65kms suitable for news paper delivery in the morning. If there is star rating less than 1 star I would have rated 0 or even less. My worst ever scooter buying experience so far.

            False Promises On Battery Performance And Warranty
            Don't buy okaya thinking it's a battery company so you can be at peace with battery performance. No, their battery didn't last even a year and is currently working at 1/3rd capacity. My classic Iq gives not more than 25km of range.

            I like riding the Okaya ClassIQ, which is priced at ₹ 64,999(ex-showroom). Lifts with a plenitude of legroom, canny controls, and an accessible under seat storehouse area are my pets. It fulfills every want I've for a usual commute with an 80- 80-kilometer range and a three-four- to four-hour charging time. I like how the satiny, coincidental Design finds the full balance between freight and utility. The Okaya ClassIQ is my favorite Independence because it achieves the full balance between expression, Expression, and functionality. The rider is left with invaluable recollections of every assist because of its important interpretation and affordably priced features.

            Premium Electric Scooter With Classic Design
            The Okaya ClassIQ, which goes for ₹ 64,999(ex-showroom), is a bike I like riding. I like my lifts because they've plenitude of legroom, comfortable commands, and an accessible under-seat storehouse. It fulfills all of my conditions for my standard commute with an 80 km range and a short 3 – 4 hour charge time. I enjoy the satiny, ultramodern Design that strikes the ideal blend between affordability and functionality. My favorite Independence is the Okaya ClassIQ, which strikes the ideal blend of Expression look, and functionality. With its nicely priced features and strong interpretation, it makes every lift an indelible bone for the rider.

            Amazing Bike
            The main selling point of this electric scooter is its sporty look and sharp angle it gots and the LED headlight is large and very efficient. The handlebar has turning indicators and a great look in DRL which gives it an elegant and eye-catching design factor. Its large and single-piece seat is very wide and spacious and the foot space is also decent. The real-world driving range of this electric scooter is around 60 km per charge and the top speed is limited to 25 mph.
