The buying process was smooth where the dealership staff guided perfectly about subsidies and financing available. Quite remarkable riding comfort when silent and smooth, particularly suited to city commutes. But it's slightly bland unless one is crazy about white. Performance: the 2.2kWh is quite decent but doesn't give much power to keep going. Yet it serves its purpose since acceleration into urban traffic and so would be ideal; dashboard design could've improved on smart with some fancy navigation. All the service center provides endless amount of incompetence and services; this is a wreck of a scooter, avoid it completely. The quality of material used is very low, the odometer and the trip toggle are practically useless.
