The pros: Razor sharp and threatening looks, every part is crafted to reduce air pressure and its engine makes it more special machine.
The cons: The litre-class super bikes aren’t really made for comfort.
The crux: For those who are crazy about speed , I think this is the most bare-chested performance machine in the segment.
Sometimes it’s not the motorcycle that is on test, it’s rather you. Peak summer’s scorching sun over the head and trenchant heat from a massive inline-four litre engine beneath, that’s how my eventful last weekend was spent. But I have no complaints either, as the special green machine didn’t leave any space for regrets at all.
The sophisticated S-KTRC helps you lean harder and safer. The traction control also ensures you stay out of trouble on slippery surfaces in the correct settings. I think this is the most bare-chested performance machine in the segment, with the others being a little too careful or too expensive. The ZX-10R sits just right in terms of performance, pricing and because it is a Kawasaki, it has a brilliant engine. I have started saving from today, you must do the same!
