BMW Motorrad has revealed its entry-level motorcycle, G 310R. This is the first offering by the German company that will be manufactured at TVS Motor Company’s facility in Bengaluru but is crafted and engineered by BMW in Munich, Germany. BMW G 310R houses a 313cc, single cylinder liquid-cooled mill that produces a maximum power of 34 bhp at 9,500 rpm with a peak torque of 28 Nm at 7,500 rpm which is delivered to the rear wheel via a 6-speed manual gearbox. TVS is also expected to roll-out its own version of G 310R but, it is expected to be cheaper and will target a different audience altogether.
