After unveiling Monster 1200R at the Frankfurt Motor Show, the Italian manufacturer now plans to showcase eight new models at the upcoming EICMA which is to be held in the month of November at Milan in Italy. This is the first time that the company will unveil these many models together on one platform. This might be a part of Ducati’s strategy to give a further boost to its already increasing sales.

With nine new offerings in 2016 which include the most powerful Monster 1200R, Ducati will add two new segments to its range. About the showcasing of new bikes, Claudio Domenicali, CEO, Ducati Motor Holding, said, “No less than nine new models, including the just-unveiled Monster 1200 R, will be joining the 2016 range. Never before has Ducati presented so many new bikes and EICMA will provide the perfect platform on which to show them to all to our enthusiastic customers. Two of these will take us into segments in which we’re currently not present and this is going to be one of the greatest challenges of 2016: to extend the Ducati hallmarks of style and performance to motorcyclists who were, until now, beyond our reach.”
