PURE EV EcoDryft Summary

The PureEV EcoDryft is a premium electric commuter motorcycle that offers performance equivalent to a 110cc petrol-powered bike. It’s designed to cater to the needs of everyday riders and comes in two variants with different range capacities.

PureEV EcoDryft Price

The PureEV EcoDryft comes in two variants: EcoDryft (standard) and EcoDryft 350. The EcoDryft variant is priced at Rs. 1,19,999, and the EcoDryft 350 is priced at Rs. 1,29,999 (all prices are ex-showroom). The bike comes in four colour options: Red, Blue, Grey, and Black.

PureEV EcoDryft Key Features

The PureEV EcoDryft has an LED headlight and taillight, along with bulb indicators. The electric bike features a LED instrument cluster that shows the speed, odometer readings, battery level indicator. The bike offers three ride modes - Drive Mode, Crossover Mode, and Thrill Mode, with varying top speeds in each mode.

It also has remote operation, reverse mode, hill-start assist, downhill assist, and parking assist.

PureEV EcoDryft Motor and Battery

The base variant gets a 3 kWh battery, whereas the EcoDryft 350 gets a bigger 3.5kWh battery pack. They're linked to a hub motor with a continuous power of 2kW and a peak power of 3kW. Both variants get Drive mode with top-speed restricted to 45kmph, Cross Over Mode with a 60kmph top speed, and Thrill Mode with a 75kmph top speed. It can accelerate from 0-40 kmph in 5 seconds, and 0-60kmph in 10 seconds. All figures are claimed.

The EcoDryft base variant boasts a claimed range of 106-151km range, while the EcoDryft 350 offers a slightly longer range of 131-171km. It takes 4-6 hours to charge the battery in the EcoDryft 350 whereas a complete charge from 0 percent takes 6 hours in the base variant.

PureEV EcoDryft Suspension and Brakes

The EcoDryft has a telescopic fork and dual rear shock absorbers. It employs a 220mm front disc brake and a 130mm rear drum brake with regenerative braking. The PureEV EcoDryft comes equipped with 18-inch alloy up front and 17-inch alloy at the rear, both wrapped with 80-section tubeless tyres. It weighs 101kg kerb, and has a generous ground clearance of 200mm.

New and interesting
Pure EV equipped the e-motorcycle with a 3kWh battery and a 3kW motor (peak power). The ecoDryft has a top speed of 75kmph and a maximum range of 130km. According to Pure EV, the load capacity of this electric motorbike is roughly 140kg. waiting to take a test drive soon
