2024 Bajaj Pulsar N250 Teased Ahead Of Launch: Check Expected Price, Performance, Features And More

Modified On Apr 9, 2024 11:58 AM By Govind for Bajaj Pulsar N250

The highlight would be its digital instrument console and inverted fork

(Update: the 2024 Bajaj Pulsar N250 has been launched in India at aprice of Rs 1,50,829 (ex-showroom Delhi). Here are the details.)

Bajaj Auto is set to launch the 2024 Bajaj Pulsar N250 on April 10, 2024. The updated bike will feature revised underpinnings, a new digital instrument console, new colours and more as per the spy shots that we saw over the past couple of weeks when the bike was spotted testing. Here’s everything we know about the 2024 Pulsar N250 so far:

Design

In terms of design, the Pulsar N250 wouldn’t see any major changes except for the addition of new colour schemes. We know this because a N250 was spotted testing without the blacked out powertrain and exhaust, like we have seen on the outgoing model.

Bajaj had also dropped a new teaser which showed the bike clearly in a red finish, which seems like the same racing red colour that was once offered on the Pulsar F250 in the past.

The biggest change that will be visible on the 2024 Pulsar N250 is the addition of an inverted fork, with a brush metal finish. We had spotted the bike being tested with the same a few weeks ago. This change will likely create some differences in the bike’s handling.

Features

When it comes to features, the N250 might get the same instrument console as the Pulsar NS200. The console is a fully digital unit that offers smartphone connectivity, featuring turn-by-turn navigation, Call/SMS alerts and more.

It has also been reported that the bike is likely to come with traction control as well, but we haven’t seen anything that could substantiate this claim so far.

Engine, Mileage and Performance

So far we haven’t received any indication that Bajaj has made any changes to the powertrain, so the N250 will likely come with the same engine as the outgoing model. Which is a 249.07cc air-/oil-cooled single-cylinder engine, producing 24.5PS and 21.5Nm.

Expected Price And Rivals

We expect the bike to come at a premium of Rs 9000, if the updates only include the addition of the inverted fork and digital instrument console bringing the price to Rs 1,58,978 (ex-showroom Delhi). If the bike indeed comes with a traction control system then the price could go up to Rs 1,64,978 (ex-showroom Delhi), which is a premium of Rs 15,000.

Coming to the rivals, the Puslar N250 goes up against other 250cc street fighters such as the KTM 250 Duke, Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 and the Suzuki Gixxer 250.
