2024 Honda CB300R Launched In The USA; India Launch Soon?

Modified On Jun 27, 2023 11:28 AM By Nishad for Honda CB300R

Apart from the introduction of two new colours, there are no other mechanical changes to the sporty neo-retro bike otherwise

Honda has introduced the updated model of the Honda CB300R in the USA at a price tag of $ 5149 (Rs 4.22 lakh). The 2024 iteration now gets two new colours Pearl Dusk Yellow and Metallic Black, and the same shades are expected to be launched in India in the coming months.

While the black colour scheme is nothing out of the ordinary, the yellow shade looks pretty premium and attention-grabbing. The yellow-coloured tank and front fender go well with the gold-finished fork and bronze-finished wheel. On the other hand, the black-coloured variant gets blacked out fork and wheels.

There are no changes to the sporty neo-retro bike otherwise. It continues to be powered by the 286cc liquid-cooled engine, producing 30.7PS of max power and 27.5Nm of max torque. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed transmission with a slipper clutch.

In terms of features, the bike gets a full-LCD instrument cluster, all led lighting and standard dual-channel ABS. The current-gen Honda CB300R is priced at Rs 2.77 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) in India. The new colour scheme could command a nominal premium of $100 (Rs 8,196) and the bike will rival the BMW G310 R, the KTM 390 Duke, and the upcoming Triumph-Bajaj bike.
