Expected to be launched in the next few weeks

The 2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS200 has been spied testing for the first time ever. Even since the motorcycle was launched in 2015, the motorcycle has not yet received any major update whether it be mechanically or in terms of features.

What Do The Spy Shots Reveal?

The spy shots revealed that the 2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS200 will continue with the same silhouette as the outgoing model. Other details which we know from the spy shots is the addition of a new instrument cluster, which is different from the outgoing one.

What Do We Expect?

We expect the updated Bajaj Pulsar RS200 to get a brand new instrument console which will most probably be an LCD unit. It is expected to get smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth and have additional features such as turn-by-turn navigation, call/SMS alerts, music control and voice assist. Other updates which we expect are the addition of new LED headlights to improve visibility in low light conditions and brand new colour schemes.

Current Bajaj Pulsar RS200

The current Bajaj Pulsar RS200 is powered by a 199.5cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine which makes 24.5PS at 9750rpm and 18.7Nm at 8000rpm, and is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The motorcycle has a telescopic fork and a monoshock while the braking setup consists of a 300mm disc brake at the front and a 230mm disc brake at the rear with dual-channel ABS. The bike has 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends wrapped around with a 100-section tyre at the front and a 130-section tyre at the rear.

In terms of features, the current model gets dual projector headlights with LED DRLs, LED indicators and an LED taillight. It has a semi-digital instrument cluster which lacks smartphone connectivity.

Expected Price, Launch Date And Rivals

We expect the upcoming 2025 Bajaj Pulsar to command a premium of about Rs 2,000 - Rs 3,000 over the outgoing model, which is priced at Rs 1,74,419 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The motorcycle is expected to launch in the next few weeks and will go up against the likes of Hero Karizma XMR and the Yamaha R15.
