Modified On Jul 1, 2023 12:00 PM By Nishad for Triumph Speed 400

From the unveiling of sporty neo-retro bikes to the upcoming launches, the last week of June saw it all

June 2023 has come to an end, and the monsoons have arrived with new bikes and important news updates. If your busy schedule kept you occupied, fret not, as here is a quick rundown of all the important information from the two-wheeler world from this week:

Triumph News

After a flurry of spy shots, Triumph finally unveiled its entry-level Speed 400 & Scrambler 400 X. These bikes are the first ones to come out of the British brand’s partnership with Bajaj and are meant for both Indian and international markets. We’re sure you can not take your eyes off these beauties, and if you were waiting for one here in India, here are the pre-booking details.

The Speed 400 & Scrambler 400X will be launched in the Indian market on July 5, and buyers can even choose from a set of accessories to jazz up their bikes. However, the India-spec version of the duo might be a little different than the international models.

Spy shots

Royal Enfield is working on a lot of new bikes, among them are the upcoming Royal Enfield Classic 650 and Shotgun 350; here are their clearest images yet.

Hero is all geared up to launch a sporty scooter based on the Hero Xoom 110, a test mule of which was recently spotted in Jaipur. Likely to be the Hero Xoom 125, it’ll come with a few tricks up its sleeve to differentiate it from the 110cc scooter.

Launches

Honda has launched the 2024 iteration of the sporty neo-retro naked, the CB300R, in the USA. The bike now gets two new interesting colours and we think it might be launched in India in the coming months.

The bikemaker also introduced the 2023 CBR150R in a new colour scheme in the Malaysian market. The bike, sporting this shade, has a funky and almost toy-like appearance, and is now dearer by the equivalent of Rs 3000.

TVS ADV Incoming?

The Adventure segment in India is growing at a rapid pace, and it is only natural for TVS to desire a share of the market. The Indian manufacturer has recently filed a trademark for the name 'Apache RTX'. Here is what we think the upcoming bike could be.

June & July Launches

With over 10 launches, June 2023 was quite a jam-packed one. Here is a list of all the exciting bikes – from premium street nakeds to affordable 100cc commuters – that made their debut in the month of June. As to what to expect from July, take a look at this story.
