Bajaj has also bumped up prices for some other models like the Pulsar 150, Pulsar 220F and Pulsar RS200. You can read about it here. We believe it may be due to increasing commodity and raw material costs.
On a related note, Bajaj’s BS6 transition led to the culling of a couple of entry-level commuter motorcycles. This includes bikes like the Platina 110, Bajaj V12, V15, Discover 110 and 125. While the BS6 Avenger Street 220 isn’t listed on Bajaj’s website, it is on its way and will be launched once the lockdown is lifted.
