Bajaj Pulsar 250 Twins Receive A Price Hike Of Around Rs 5,000
The hike now places the twins above the Xtreme 200S and the Yamaha FZ 25
Bajaj launched the Pulsar 250 twins last year as successors to the ageing Pulsar 220 F.
But four months into 2022, Bajaj has already hiked the prices of the N250 and F250 for the second time. So how much will the new prices pinch your pocket? Here’s a detailed list:
Bike |
Variant |
Revised Price |
Earlier Price |
Margin of Hike |
Pulsar F250 |
Caribbean Blue Racing Red Techno Grey |
Rs 1,44,979 |
Rs 1,40,915 |
Rs 4,064 |
Pulsar N250 |
Caribbean Blue Racing Red Techno Grey |
Rs 1,43,680 |
Rs 1,39,117 |
Rs 4,563 |
Even though the hikes were consistent across all colour variants, it’s disappointing to see them, considering that the prices were bumped in February 2022 as well. Besides, Bajaj hasn’t given any official explanation for this price hike, but we think it’s to offset the ever-increasing input costs.

This pricing now also makes the 250 twins a bit more expensive than the Yamaha FZ 25 and a fair bit more expensive than the Hero Xtreme 200S, both of which are the twins’ competitors. If you’re looking for bikes with more performance and better specs in the quarter-litre segment, you should have a look at the Suzuki Gixxer 250 and Gixxer SF 250.
