Here are the other sporty commuter options you can consider at the same price as the new Bajaj Pulsar N125

Bajaj recently launched the Pulsar N125 in India which is priced at Rs 94,707 for the LED Disc variant and Rs 98,707 for the LED Disc BT variant. Both prices, ex-showroom Delhi. It is powered by a 124.58cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine which makes 12PS at 8,500rpm and 11Nm at 6,000rpm, and is paired to a 5-speed gearbox. If you are looking for a sporty commuter, here are other options you can consider at the same price range:

TVS Raider 125

Price: Rs 84,869 to Rs 1,04,330 (ex-showroom, Delhi)

The TVS Raider 125 is one of the most popular 125cc commuter motorcycles in India and is available in 5 variants. The Raider 125 is powered by a 124.8cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine which makes 11.3PS and 11.2Nm and is paired to a 5-speed gearbox. The Raider gets a 240mm disc brake at the front in all variants except the base which gets a 130mm drum. The rear brake is a 130mm drum in all variants. The thing which sets the TVS Raider apart is the feature list, TVS has given a TFT screen in the top variant which displays a host of information to the rider.  

Hero Xtreme 125R

Price: Rs 95,000 to Rs 99,500 (ex-showroom, Delhi)

The sporty commuter from the Jaipur-based manufacturer is powered by a 125cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine which makes 11.4PS and 10.5Nm, and is paired to a 5-speed gearbox. Hero claims that the Xtreme 125R will do the 0-60kmph sprint in 5.9 seconds. It is also the only bike under the Rs 1 lakh mark which gets single-channel ABS. 

Honda SP125

Price: Rs 87,468 to Rs 91,468 (ex-showroom, Delhi)

The Japanese sporty commuter is available in two variants: Drum and Disc. As the name suggests, the Drum variant gets 130mm drum brakes at both ends while the Disc variant gets a 2400 disc at the front and a 130mm drum at the rear. The Honda SP125 is powered by a 123.94cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine which makes 10.8PS and 10.9Nm, and is paired to a 5-speed gearbox. 

Revolt RV1

Price: Rs 84,990 to Rs 99,990 (ex-showroom, Delhi)

The Revolt RV1 is available in two variants: RV1 and RV1+. The RV1 gets a 2.2kWh battery pack that provides a claimed range of 100km. While the RV1+ gets a 3.24kWh battery pack which delivers a claimed range of 160km. Both the models of the RV1 get telescopic fork and twin-shock absorbers and ride on 17-inch wheels at both ends.

TVS Ntorq 

Price: Rs 86,841 to Rs 1,05,841 (ex-showroom, Delhi)

One of the most popular sporty scooters in the country is the TVS Ntorq. It is available in five variants. The Race XP, which is the second variant from the top, makes the most amount of power out of the 5 variants. It is powered by a 124.8cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine which makes 10.2PS and 10.9Nm, paired to a CVT gearbox. TVS claims the Ntorq will do the 0-60kmph sprint in 8.3 seconds. The scooter rides on 12-inch wheels at both ends.
