The ever-increasing prices could be every two-wheeler manufacturer's way of offsetting the costs of overhauling their entire portfolios to BS6 norms and also the losses incurred during the COVID-19 lockdown.
For 2020, Royal Enfield has tried to iron out all the quality issues that plagued the Himalayan. It gets a greener motor, new colour options, and a few extra features such as switchable dual-channel ABS. Though torque has remained unaffected, at 32Nm, its power output has witnessed a minor dip of 0.5PS to 24.31PS.
