Ducati Updates Panigale V4 For 2023
The updates are aimed at helping the rider go faster and be safer than before
For 2023, Ducati has introduced some subtle, yet important, updates for the Panigale V4. The already tech-laden sportbike now comes with even better electronics.
What’s New?
For 2023, the Panigale V4 features a new torque management strategy which should improve the torque delivery and refine the feel of the throttle. Ducati’s Traction Control (DTC) system also sees subtle changes to not only keep the rider safer but also ensure a smooth intervention.
Further, the Italian marque claims that the new Engine Brake Control EVO 2 software improves stability and precision while entering and exiting corners. The Ducati Quick Shifter (DQS) has also been updated to offer smoother gear shifts.
Rounding off these updates, Ducati has also improved the bike’s cooling system in order to keep the big 1,103cc four-cylinder engine cooler at the end of some hot laps at the track.

What’s Unchanged?
The meat of the matter is still unchanged for the Ducati Panigale V4. It still makes a staggering 217PS and 124Nm from its iconic 1,103cc Desmosedici Stradale engine. That said, the international-spec Panigale V4 gets a 1.5PS bump in power.
These updates will be available on all the 2023 Panigale V4, V4 S and V4 SP2 models. In fact, owners of the 2022 V4, V4 S and V4 SP2 models will also be able to enjoy these features simply by updating their motorcycles at a Ducati service centre toward the end of this month.
