Exclusive: 2024 KTM 390 Adventure Spied On Indian Roads Again!
The KTM 390 Adventure gets a TFT dash that is mounted high above the handlebar like on a rally bike
One of the highly anticipated bikes of the year, the 2024 KTM 390 Adventure, has been spotted testing on Indian roads for the second time.
In the video, we noticed some key features: it has an underslung exhaust similar to the KTM 390 Duke, inverted fork, and monoshock suspension setup. The bike's front-end looks aggressive with a high-rise fender, while the tail section is sleek. The TFT instrument console, similar to the 390 Duke's, is positioned high above the handlebar, resembling the consoles on rally bikes. The video suggests a wheel setup of 19 inches at the front and 17 inches at the rear.
KTM India may introduce different variants based on wheel sizes, like 19-inch, 17-inch, and 21-inch front wheel versions. The front brake caliper appears axially mounted, and the ADV might feature cruise control in addition to the 390 Duke's extensive features list. Sharing its engine with the 390 Duke, the 390 Adventure will have a 399cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine producing 46PS and 39Nm.
The global unveiling of the KTM 390 Adventure is expected at EICMA 2024, with an India launch by late 2024 or early 2025. Anticipated to be priced between Rs 3.5 - 3.6 lakh (ex-showroom), it will compete with the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and the upcoming Hero XPulse 400.
