EXCLUSIVE: KTM And Husqvarna Range To Get Even More Colourful

Modified On Aug 30, 2022 11:28 AM By Nishaad for KTM 390 Duke (2017-2023)

Among others, the 390 Duke is all set to look like the Super Duke

KTM fans rejoice! We have an exclusive scoop about the KTM and Husqvarna range getting new colours. Here’s everything you need to know about it:

KTM Bikes

Starting with the smallest machine in this range, the 125 Duke is going to get a brand-new white/orange/blue colourway draped onto a black frame.

The electric orange colour is carried over from the previous version while the Ceramic White will be discontinued.

The 200 Duke is all set to get the Dark Metallic Silver that we’ve previously seen on the 250 Duke. Given that this colour was the best-selling one for the quarter-litre bike, it made sense for KTM to bring it to the 200 Duke as well.

That said, our sources have revealed that KTM intends to discontinue the Ceramic White paint scheme for the 200 Duke.

Talking about the 250 Duke, it’s all set to get a blacked-out paint scheme named the Ebony Black, which we feel will complement its sporty, muscular look rather well.

Coming to the most powerful of the lot, the KTM 390 Duke too will lose out on the Ceramic White and the Metallic Silver paint scheme. It's all set to get two new ones: Dark Galvano and Liquid Metal.

What makes things exciting is the Liquid Metal's orange tank and black panels, a la the KTM 1290 Super Duke.

Husqvarna Bikes

The quarter-litre siblings of KTM are gonna be bestowed with new colours as well. While the Svartpilen 250 will get a fully black colour scheme, as you can see.

The Vitpilen 250, on the other hand, will get a fully white one, which we think could look absolutely fantastic. And these new paint schemes would also make these two bikes match their names.

We don’t have a timeline on when these colours will be here, but KTM says they’re on the production line, which means they shouldn’t be too far away. In other news, we recently spotted the 2023 KTM 200 Duke. Check it out in our exclusive story.
