Here Are Some Of The Colour Schemes The Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 Will Come Draped In

We also got a glimpse of the new instrument console and the switchgear layout

The Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 will be launched on November 7. But we won’t have to wait till then to know about some of the colour schemes the motorcycle will get. We also got to know about some more details like the instrument console and switchgear layout in a recent video by a YouTuber named Itchy Boots, where she is riding around Ladakh in a pre-production model of the Himalayan 452.

The white colour scheme with the grey livery has a rugged look to it. The black colour scheme gets gold stripes on the tank and side panel with Royal Enfield written in gold on the crash guard. The gold painted wheels make the Himalayan 452 look flashy. The silver colour scheme gets reddish pink stripes on the tank, side panel and also on the wheels.

From the video, it is visible that the motorcycle gets an entirely new round instrument console. It comes equipped with Google Maps integrated full-fledged navigation. It has a very clean layout with the map on the top half of the console and other details like speed, gear indicator, odometer and fuel level indicator are neatly spread out at the bottom.

The switchgear on the Himalayan 452 is also new with Himalayan branding on them, suggesting that they have been developed from the ground up for this motorcycle. Their shape is similar to the rotary switchgear found in other Royal Enfield bikes but has a comparatively stubbier switch. The button below the switchgear on the right-hand side might be for activating the cruise control feature, and the switchgear on the left might be for navigating the menus on the instrument console. The Himalayan 452 in the video is running on Ceat Gripp dual-purpose tyres and we think they might get carried over to the final production model.
