The two motorcycles have received a price hike for the first time since their launch in February. They get the same features, underpinnings, and even the 250cc powertrain as the Duke. The Vitpilen is styled as a cafe racer while the Svartpilen is designed as a scrambler. Both get LED headlamps, LED tail lamps, and LED turn indicators along with a digital instrument console.
Power comes from a BS6-compliant 248.8cc liquid-cooled motor that delivers 30PS and 24Nm. Underpinnings include a trellis frame, WP upside-down forks, WP monoshock, and Brembo radially mounted disc brakes on both ends with dual-channel ABS. While the Vitpilen 250 gets MRF Revz C1 tyres, the Svartpilen 250 comes with dual-purpose MRF Revz D tyres.
The Vitpilen 250 and Svartpilen 250 are good options if you are looking for something different and niche to liven up your commute.
