Earlier this week, KTM unveiled the much-awaited 390 Adventure at the 2019 EICMA. And if you are planning to add KTM’s new adventure motorcycle to your wishlist then we are happy to report that select cities in India have started accepting bookings for the 390 ADV. The booking amount is pegged at Rs 10,000 and the first lot could be delivered to customers in January next year.

The 390 ADV is one of the most feature-rich motorcycles in its segment. For instance, it gets a digital instrument console, LED lights and Bluetooth connectivity. It even gets top-notch some segment-first components such as fully adjustable suspension setup at either ends, traction control and switchable ABS! However, the motor remains the same as seen on the 390 Duke, but it’s now BS6-compliant, making it the first locally manufactured KTM to adhere to these norms. The 373cc single-cylinder belts out 44PS and 37Nm, which is the exact same as the 390 Duke.

KTM India hasn’t announced the price yet, but considering that the 390 ADV is a feature-rich motorcycle, we expect it to be priced around Rs 3.5 lakh (on-road). However, if you think that the 390 ADV is a bit out of your budget, then the Austrian bike maker will also bring in the 250 ADV in India, which won’t get as many bells and whistles as the 390 ADV. Now, the question here is, when is KTM planning to launch the 390 ADV in India? Well, KTM will be attending this year’s India Bike Week and we are expecting the 390 Adventure to be launched there. What’s more, is that we might also get our first look at the 250 ADV at the event! Stay tuned to BikeDekho for more updates.
