Mahindra Mojo Tourer Edition Launched At Rs 1.89 lakh
The Mahindra Mojo Tourer Edition gets a magnetic tank bag, saddlebag and carrier, mobile holder, front guard, pannier mount, fog lamp and mount.
Mahindra Two-Wheeler has today announced the launch of the Mojo Tourer Edition with a price tag of Rs 1.89 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The bike comes loaded with a pack of touring accessories, offering better functionality and styling as a tourer. Besides that, the company is also offering a tourer riding jacket, designed to enhance rider safety and up the style quotient, as an introductory benefit with the edition.
Commenting on the launch of the Mojo Tourer Edition, Naveen Malhotra, sr. general manager – sales, marketing & product planning, Mahindra Two Wheelers Ltd, said, “The emerging trend among the youth is to accessorise their bikes, keeping this in mind, we are excited to introduce the MOJO Tourer Edition. Besides the standard features of the bike, the Mahindra Mojo Tourer Edition comes equipped with a magnetic tank bag with a 13-litre storage capacity. A combined storage space of 38 litres is provided by the saddlebags, made of ultra-tough denier fabric with triple stitching on stress points. There is also a mobile holder on the handlebar that comes with 360-degree rotation and a silicon band to ensure grip at high speeds. A front guard is provided to protect the fuel tank, radiator guard and engine if the bike falls down in any condition.
The Mahindra Mojo Tourer Edition also gets pannier mounts, giving you freedom to add extra storage space to the bike. Fog lamps are also provided to light up your way in adverse weather conditions. Apart from these accessory additions, there are no other mechanical changes on the bike and it continues to use the same 300cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine. The motor makes 27.2PS of power at 8,000rpm and delivers a peak torque of 30Nm at 5,500rpm, using an EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) system.
The bike comes with lots of premium features like an analog-digital instrument console, twin exhausts, optional super sticky Pirelli Rosso II tyres, largest-in-the-segment petal disc brakes, beefy upside-down forks up front, gas-charged monoshock at the rear with internal floating piston, and much more. And the 21-litre fuel tank provides a long touring range to the Mojo in a single fill.
