Meet The Custom Yamaha XSR 155 From Thailand
The project was built by Zeus Customs in conjunction with Yamaha Thailand and is limited to just 100 units
The Yamaha XSR 155 is already a desirable motorcycle and Thailand-based Zeus Customs have taken things a notch higher with their limited edition XSR 155 cafe racer. The project has been built in conjunction with Yamaha Thailand and will be limited to just 100 units.
Compared to the standard XSR 155, the custom cafe racer gets a shorter front and rear fender, a new headlight housing, clip-on handlebar with a numbered plate in the center, tank grips and a ribbed seat to finish the retro look. Not to mention, the custom paint job of matte silver with blacked-out components accentuates the overall appeal.

It’s a 155cc liquid-cooled single cylinder engine with VVA and the output is rated at 19.4PS and 15Nm. It’s mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
In terms of features and aesthetics, the XSR 155 cafe racer retains the round, fully digital instrument cluster. Zeus Customs have also shortened the front brake hose to accommodate the production number plate on the handlebar.
Even the USD fork, disc brake setup and 17-inch alloys have been carried over. So, all in all, the bike remains mechanically stock and only gets cosmetic alterations.
In Thailand, Zeus Customs has priced it at THB 91,500 (approximately Rs 2.05 lakh without taxes). Yamaha has no plans to launch the XSR 155 in India and the closest we’ve gotten to the bike so far is the FZ-X.
