New Jawa Cruiser Bike Spotted Testing--Could Rival The Honda CB350RS & Royal Enfield Meteor 350
The spy shots indicate a cruiser motorcycle with revised ergonomics that are still reminiscent of the Jawa 42
The new Jawa bike will be launched next year. Gets a wider split seat setup, than any other Jawa bike. Bears blacked out twin exhausts, bar-end mirrors, alloys, and suspension. An interesting motorcycle has been spotted testing on Indian turf and we believe it’s a new Jawa Cruiser . If it indeed is, it could sit alongside Jawa’s flagship motorcycle, the Perak, rivalling the Honda CB350RS, Royal Enfield Meteor 350, and the upcoming Royal Enfield Hunter 350.
The spy shots, though not very informative, do show the black alloy wheels, twin peashooter exhausts, fork gaiters and bar-end mirrors, all reminiscent of the Jawa 42 2.1. In addition to these, this upcoming offering bears wider (visibly more accommodating too) tan brown split seats and a huge rear fender housing the puny taillight, while keeping Jawa’s characteristic low-slung nature intact.

If so, the new Jawa would have a significant performance edge over its direct rivals.
Apart from this, the feature list, as with other Jawas, will probably remain basic, consisting of just a semi-digital instrument cluster, ABS, and single discs at both ends.
The new Jawa cruiser is expected to hit markets next year. Since this will be a more premium offering, expect it to cost around Rs 2 lakh (ex-showroom), around Rs 5,000 less than the Perak.
