Next-gen Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Spied Testing Again

Modified On Sep 20, 2022 01:13 PM By Nishaad for Royal Enfield Bullet 350

Retains the same iconic design of the Bullet with slight tweaks

New spy shots of the new generation Royal Enfield Bullet 350 have surfaced on the Internet. This development comes after the bike was spotted earlier in July

In terms of appearance, the upcoming Bullet 350 looks indistinguishable from its sibling, the Royal Enfield Classic 350. Only when you give it a closer look, do you find key differences like larger mudguards and a wide single-piece seat, as opposed to the Classic’s split seat setup.

The bike features chunky fenders, sleek teardrop-shaped fuel tank with a mid-rise handlebar along with mid-set footpegs for an upright riding posture. What’s different on the test mule is the taillight. Royal Enfield has done away with the old school rectangular taillight and has replaced it with a circular unit with round indicators on either side.

That said, the overall design of the Bullet remains more or less unchanged. Based on the J-series platform, the same as the Meteor 350, Hunter 350 and Classic 350, the new Bullet 350 will get the same 349cc engine from the above-mentioned models, most likely producing an identical 20.4PS and 27Nm. Of course, we suspect that Royal Enfield will tweak the tuning slightly, like it did to differentiate the Meteor and the Classic.

The upcoming Bullet 350 features a telescopic fork and dual shock absorbers suspension setup. For braking, it gets a disc up front and a drum brake at the rear and it rolls on wire-spoked rims. So, it’s likely to only get a single-channel ABS setup to keep costs in check.

We expect the Royal Enfield Bullet 350 to break cover by February 2023 with an expected price tag of Rs 1.80 lakh (ex-showroom).
