Pi Moto Starship Cruiser Unveiled Ahead Of Debut In China
The cruiser likely to sport an independently developed 600cc V-twin powerhouse
Chinese two-wheeler giant Lifan Motors’s new sub-brand, Pi Moto (or Pifang), has put out the images of its first motorcycle ahead of its launch this year. The Pi Moto Starship is unlike anything we have seen in the mid-displacement cruiser segment thus far.
The Starship features a very unique design, drawing inspiration from baggers and behemoths like the Honda Gold Wing and the BMW K 1600 GT. Its front is borrowed from its cousin, the Lifan KPT 400 ADV. Then there are bagger-like panniers on either side. Doing justice to its name are ambient lights on the fairing and even the air filter adds to the visual appeal.

Going by the pictures, the bike sports a telescopic fork and a single disc at the front.
The Pi Moto Starship comes out as a rare, well-designed product with an unique identity, unlike many motorcycles from Chinese companies. While it is unlikely that this motorcycle will make its debut in India, given that Adishwar Auto Ride is bringing Moto Morini and Zontes to the market, the possibility cannot be ruled out.
