Pradeep Shrivastava Becomes the new Executive Director of Bajaj Auto

Bajaj Auto - the country’s third largest two-wheeler manufacturer has recently appointed Pradeep Shrivastava as its whole time Director effective April 1st, 2016. Pradeep has completed his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi in 1981 and PGDM from IIM Bangalore in the year 1986. Later on, he joined Bajaj Auto in 1986 and has gained an experience of 30 years in the company till now. 

His earlier years were spent working around the assembly lines in the Bajaj plant. Over time Mr. Shirvastava was heading the manufacturing, engineering and purchashing functions. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company. He combines sound engineering skills with astute business sense. In addition to his current responsibilities, He shall oversee all company-wide operational matters on behalf of Bajaj Auto’s Managing Director Mr. Rajiv Bajaj to whom he shall continue to report.
