As you can see, the more expensive variants like Gunmetal Grey, Signals Edition, Stealth Black, Chrome Black, and the recently launched Orange Ember and Metallo Silver variants are, in fact, a lot more pricier than the base variant of the Royal Enfield Meteor 350, the Fireball (Rs 1,78,744).

The only aspects that make these Classic 350 variants stand out from the rest are their premium colour schemes and alloy wheels for certain colour models. And it doesn’t really make sense for them to be priced so much higher than the base Meteor 350 which comes with a ton of improvements. The Meteor 350 gets a brand new, much more refined engine, new brakes and rear suspension, and a much more info-laden instrument cluster, not to mention, smartphone-connected turn-by-turn navigation. Other than the nostalgic looks, the Classic 350 has none of these.

If you’re willing to spend as much, you can also take a look at the Honda H’Ness CB350. It also received a price hike recently, but is still reasonably priced for its segment.
