Royal Enfield Guerilla 450 Spied Testing Again, New Details Revealed
Expected to be called the Hunter 450 earlier, the Guerilla 450 will rival the Triumph Speed 400, Harley Davidson X440, Hero Mavrick 440 and Husqvarna Svartpilen 401
[UPDATE: Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 has been launched in India at Rs 2,39,000 (ex-showroom)]
The upcoming Royal Enfield Guerilla 450 has been spotted testing again. This time we got a clearer look at the upcoming bike. The Guerilla 450 was previously expected to be called the Royal Enfield Hunter 450.
A few new details that the latest spy shots reveal include an offset fuel cap, placed on the slightly right side of the fuel tank. We also got a better look at the bike’s switchgear, which is the same as the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450. The test mule in these spy shots is fitted with block-pattern Ceat Gripp XL tyres, previously seen on the Himalayan 450 as well.
Everything else looks similar to the test bike which was spied testing earlier. The front design looks similar to the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 and the tail section is inspired by the Himalayan 450.
The Guerilla 450 will most likely share the Sherpa engine from the Himalayan. The 452cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine produces 40PS at 8000rpm and 40Nm at 5500rpm (in the Himalayan 450). However, Royal Enfield might tune it differently to suit the Guerilla 450’s character.
