Royal Enfield Shotgun 350 In The Works
A bobber based on Royal Enfield’s famed J-series platform sounds mouth-watering!
The J-series platform has been nothing short of ‘revolutionary’ for Royal Enfield and it makes sense that the brand would want to exploit it by creating multiple bikes, one of which will be a bobber motorcycle and could be called the Shotgun 350.
A recent investor presentation from the company has revealed that there will be a bobber-styled motorcycle, one that’ll be derived from the Royal Enfield Classic 350. That said, the engine could have different ignition timing to suit its character. The silhouette shows styling similar to the Royal Enfield Bullet 350. This one, though, gets a single-seat and an ape hanger handlebar. We also expect the bike to get chopped fenders for a proper factory custom appeal.

With the Shotgun 650 incoming, it does make sense for Royal Enfield to introduce a more affordable variant of the same. The brand will, though, take its time with the bike’s launch. We feel it could be here sometime in June 2024 and while it’s too early to comment on its price, it could be around the Rs 2.2 lakh (ex-showroom) mark.
With an authentic bobber styling, the Shotgun 350 could be Royal Enfield’s reply to the Jawa Perak. Apart from this, Royal Enfield is also all set for the introduction of the 450cc lineup and expansion of the 650cc lineup. The Royal Enfield upcoming bikes, hence, seem to be extremely promising.
