The upcoming Royal Enfield Shotgun 350 has been spied testing once again. The latest spy shot gives us a closer and clearer look at the 350cc bobber, revealing its handlebar, fuel tank, seat, fenders, tyres and more.
The upcoming Royal Enfield Shotgun 350 features a mini ape hanger handlebar instead of the simple handlebar. It has round rear-view mirrors finished in black. The test bike has a removable rear seat, which looks very similar to the one on the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650. It also has a new braced rear fender, a new tail light, and an indicator assembly. The spy shot further reveals that the bike features spoke wheels fitted with white-walled tyres.
The fuel tank of the upcoming Royal Enfield Shotgun 350 closely resembles that of the Royal Enfield Classic 350. It also gets a similar headlight, headlight cover, and round indicators. However, the Classic 350 was recently updated with an LED headlight, tail light, indicators and tiger lights, which the Shotgun 350 may also get. Additionally, the front fender, side panels, front forks, and twin rear shocks are identical to those on the Classic 350.
The upcoming Royal Enfield Shotgun 350 will likely be equipped with the same 349.34cc, air and oil-cooled, single-cylinder, J-series engine as the Classic 350. The engine on the roadster makes 20.2PS and 27Nm. However, the Shotgun 350 is expected to be tuned differently to suit the bobber’s nature and characteristics.
We expect the Royal Enfield Shotgun 350 to launch in the next few months. The 350cc bobber is likely to be priced at around Rs 2.2 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Once launched, the bike will compete against the likes of the Jawa Perak Bobber and Jawa 42 Bobber.
