The Kridn From One Electric Looks Like A Modernized Bajaj Boxer
Claims to have a top speed of 95kmph and a range of 110km in Eco mode
You have the option to rent the bike daily, weekly or on a monthly basis. Its powered by a 5.5 kW hub motor and a 3kWh lithium-ion battery. Gets the bare minimum in terms of features. We came across a very peculiar motorcycle called the One Electric Kridn which looks like a modernized electric Bajaj Boxer. The company says, most of the bike is localised which helps them to price it at Rs 1.29 Lakh.
There isn’t a lot going for the bike in terms of appeal, it looks like a slightly modernised Bajaj Boxer, if you ask us. But, there’s more than meets the eye. The basic design has its perks, we believe, it’ll be easier and cheaper to fix in case of a fall. And then there’s the performance aspect.
It’s powered by a 5.5kW hub motor paired to a 3kWh lithium-ion battery which claims to deliver a top speed of 95kmph and a range of 110km in Eco mode, 80km in Normal. The bike can accelerate from 0-60kmph in 8 seconds, which is fairly slow.

You have a telescopic fork up front and a twin shock absorber setup at the rear. Anchoring the bike are disc brakes at both (240mm/220mm) ends presumably with CBS as standard.
There’s not much to speak of in terms of features either. The dome-shaped headlight features an LED DRL, and the instrument console is an LCD unit which has the ability to pair to a smartphone using the company’s dedicated app.
What the bike has going for it is the option to rent the bike daily, weekly or on a monthly basis. It’s currently unknown if the expected price of the bike includes the new FAME-II subsidies. If not, we could expect the price to drop further which would put it squarely against 125cc ICE-powered motorcycles in its segment.
