The TVS Apache range continues to gather sales, while rival brands suffer

The best-selling 150-200cc motorcycle list has stayed the same as December 2021. While the models have retained their positions, most of them have also witnessed a substantial decline in their sales numbers. Check out our detailed report right here.

The TVS Apache range has not only topped the sales chart again but has also witnessed a healthy growth of 9.97 percent in its monthly sales. The Bajaj Pulsar range has retained its second spot, but the company's month-on-month sales have gone down by 7.78 percent. Following the Pulsar range, the sales of the Honda CB Unicorn 160, Suzuki’s Gixxer range and the Yamaha YZF-R15 have also slumped by a significant margin of 39.32 percent, 37.57 percent and 27.64 percent respectively.

In related news, TVS recently launched the limited edition Apache RTR 165 RP, which was sold out in 12 days. Bajaj has announced its new EV manufacturing facility in Akurdi, Pune from which the updated Chetak is expected to roll out by June 2022. While the Honda Shine has recently surpassed the 1 million sales mark, the Suzuki Intruder, on the other hand, has reported zero sales in December 2021.
