Even with lower sales than it enjoyed in March, the Hero Splendor has held on to the top spot very well. It’s more so commendable considering the fact that its base variant is priced at Rs 62,535, which is Rs 11,835 more than the brand’s most affordable bike, the HF Deluxe.
Climbing down a spot, the Honda CB Shine is the second most sold commuter bike at 79,416 units. However, there’s still a huge difference between the sales figures of the Hero Splendor and the Honda CB Shine.
Hero’s most affordable bike, the HF Deluxe has slipped a spot below for April. At 71,294 units, the sales figures are almost half of what it was for March (1,44,505 units).
The sales slump hasn’t spared the Bajaj Pulsar either. At 66,586 units, it has witnessed a notable decline. Bajaj is currently working on the Pulsar 250F. Head here to read about it.
Another one from Bajaj’s stable on the list is the Platina. At 35,467 units, it’s the second highest selling bike for Bajaj Auto. To check out Bajaj’s updated price list, we recommend you head here.
