TVS Takes Buying Experience To The Next Level
With the new ARIVE app, customers can get detailed information on bikes from the comfort of their homes
The ARIVE app uses augmented reality to give an in-depth look at the bike. Allows users to book test rides and even pay a booking amount. Ability to scan TVS motorcycles and check out the features.Just days after launching the 2021 Apache RTR 200 4V, TVS has launched its new app, christened ARIVE (Augmented Reality Interactive Vehicle Experience), which allows customers to experience their favourite Apache steeds from the comfort of their couch.
The application uses augmented reality to display the scalable models of the bikes onto the screen. Users can get a 360-degree view as well as in-depth information on multiple aspects of the motorcycle without even visiting the dealership.
The app comes with a host of interesting features such as the ability to scan any motorcycle from the brand’s current lineup in your vicinity or a dealership and explore its components individually, right from the chassis and engine to the tyres. That’s not all. You can also locate the nearest dealer, book a test ride, and even pay the booking amount using this application.
If your phone doesn’t support augmented reality, fret not, TVS has incorporated a 3D mode in the app, which allows you to have a similar experience.
Introducing AR apps to enhance the buying experience is not a new thing. Vespa had a similar app that allowed users to customise and even ride the virtual scooters via the app. The TVS ARIVE app is available on Android as well as iOS platforms.
