Upcoming KTM 390 Duke Spied In Near-production Avatar

Modified On Feb 15, 2023 11:33 AM By Aamir Momin for 2024 KTM 125 Duke

It could be the 2023 390 Duke, but seems more like the 2023 125 Duke

KTM has been testing the next generation of the Duke family  for quite some time now and multiple test mules of the same have been spotted in India and abroad. However, the latest spy shots are the clearest images yet and  sans camouflage.

The test mule in the images could either be the 2023 390 Duke or the 2023 125 Duke. The fact that both the next-gen streetfighters share the exact same design language makes it difficult to tell them apart.

As you can see, the upcoming bike will sport a sharper design with more aggressive fuel tank extensions. This test mule also featured an extension bracket on the tail of the bike with a storage box, which is likely to be testing equipment.

The 390 Duke is set to get a new, more powerful, tractable and refined 399cc, single-cylinder engine. Check out all the details here. On the other hand, powering the 125 Duke will be an updated 125cc engine, likely producing the same 14.95PS and 12Nm,but could be more refined and retuned for better everyday useability. Head here for more details on the baby Duke.

Expect the 2023 KTM 390 Duke and 125 Duke to break cover by the end of this year with a price tag of around Rs 3.4 lakh, and around Rs 1.80 lakh respectively (both ex-showroom Delhi).
