Updated TVS Radeon Refresh Launched With New Features At No Extra Cost
TVS’s answer to the feature-packed Passion Pro Xtec is here
TVS Motor Company has launched the updated version of the Radeon 110 commuter motorcycle, called the Radeon Refresh. The updated bike comes packed with new features to better rival competition like the Hero Passion Xtec. It comes bearing a price tag of Rs 59,925 - Rs 71,966, depending on the variants. That means the new bits don’t attract any price premium.
The new TVS Radeon 110 now comes equipped with a reverse multi-colour LCD digital cluster, which indicates real time mileage, clock, service indicator, low battery indicator, top speed and average speed. The bike continues to get TVS’s Intelligo (ISG and ISS tech) that shuts off the engine when it is idle, and turns it back on when the throttle is twisted. This makes it more fuel efficient. However, the bike misses out on Bluetooth connectivity, which its rivals don’t.
Barring that, the TVS Radeon remains unchanged. It retains the same retro styling as the dual tone edition, along with the colour schemes. Even the hardware and engine of the bike remain the same. It continues to be powered by a 109.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, producing 8.2PS and 8.7Nm.
It is suspended on the same telescopic fork and dual shock absorbers. The commuter gets a front disc brake as an option, or drum brakes on both ends as standard.
In the commuter motorcycle segment, the TVS Radeon goes up against the likes of Bajaj CT110, Bajaj Platina 110, and Hero Passion Pro.
