The add-ons are available at all Yamaha dealerships across India The FZS 25 gets a couple of extra goodies as standard. Both bikes feature a new front fascia and a bi-functional LED headlight. Side stand with engine cut off switch comes as standard.Most two-wheeler launches scheduled between March and May 2020 have been postponed due to the lockdown. This includes the BS6 Yamaha FZ 25 and FZS 25. While that is disappointing, Yamaha has given its potential customers something to look forward to. In this case, a couple of accessories that you could get along with the bikes to make them more practical. The list has a total of five optional add-ons, the prices for which are mentioned below.

To refresh your memory, the BS6 FZ series is offered in two variants: the standard FZ 25 and the slightly more premium FZS 25. The latter features a tall windscreen, knuckle guards, and golden wheels as standard.

Both bikes are powered by a reworked 249cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine which makes the same power as before -- 20.8PS at 8000rpm and 20.1Nm at 6000rpm. Unfortunately, it makes do with the same 5-speed transmission as before. As for its pricing, the FZ 25 is expected to carry a premium of around Rs 3,000 to Rs 5,000 over the BS4 model while the FZS 25 may set you back by an additional Rs 4,000 to Rs 7,000 over the base model. The BS4 Yamaha FZ 25 retailed at Rs 1,36,680.
