Yamaha MT-03 Iron Man Edition Launched in Brazil
The R3-based streetfighter joins the FZ 25 Marvel Edition and NMax 160 Star Wars Edition on sale in the South American country
After launching the Yamaha FZ 25 Marvel Edition last year, it’s time for the MT-03 to play superhero. Yamaha Brazil has introduced the YZF-R3-based streetfighter with an Iron Man livery at BRL 27,790 (roughly Rs 3.73 lakh).
The Yamaha MT-03 Iron Man Edition is draped in glossy red with gold accents to mimic the Genius, Billionaire, Playboy, Philanthropist’s suit. There are some interesting details added, like the ‘Avengers’ logo above the LED DRL, a tank pad with the ‘Iron Man’ logo, and yellow rim stickers to match the theme.

Yamaha Brazil has made no other changes to the motorcycle. The MT-03 continues with the same 321cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine producing 42.5PS and 29.4Nm. This engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
The Yamaha MT-03 Iron Man also gets the same hardware as the standard motorcycle. It is suspended on a USD fork with 125mm travel and a monoshock with 130mm of travel. Dropping the anchor on this bike are 298mm front and 220mm rear discs.
Yamaha Brazil isn’t new to cashing in on pop-culture trends. The Japanese bike maker also has a Star Wars-themed NMax 160 on sale in the South American country. In India, TVS has been the only bike maker to pull off something similar with the NTorq 125 Supersquad Edition.
