The biggest hike amongst Yamaha’s motorcycles is for the FZS 25. Interestingly, now the standard trim of the FZS 25 is pricier than the limited edition Monster Energy MotoGP variant whose price has remained unchanged.

Yamaha’s beloved supersport too wasn’t spared from the price hike. The YZF-R15 V4 now retails at Rs 1,76,300 for the standard variant and goes all the way up to Rs 1,86,300 for the R15M. Since its launch in August last year, the price of the bike has gone up by over Rs 9,000. Also, at this price point, the KTM RC 125 is more affordable than the R15 V4, while the RC 200 is now just Rs 31,700 more expensive than the Yamaha.
The Yamaha MT-15 is one of the few motorcycles spared from the price hike. With the new model incoming, the Japanese manufacturer hasn’t revised the naked’s price. However, given this price hike, expect to shell out Rs 10,000 more for the MT-15 Version 2.0.
