Oben Rorr Range

I just bought a new oben ez for my son.as and when I bought it was told I. The showroom that the buke will give a range of 140 but its showing not more than 80 -90. After driving 100 km it turn off whereas the battery was fully charged. It's ignition or swich button not working well I had to pay 3000 for crane now the customer care advised me that I should bring the bike to the service centre which is 30 Km far away from my house and I will have to pay 2000 rs more. Although the motorcycle is very attractive and my many neighbour were looking for it but this performance makes this bike with single rating.
